Liverpool Rope Walks Partnership |

Sunday, 18 April 2004 |
Rope Walks are the public body charged with regenerating the southern sector of Liverpool City Centre. Splinter won the tender to produce a corporate identity for the organisation. The end result was a simple motif inspired by both the area's industrial history and enviromental art. The strong colour scheme was selected in response to research that we did into the important Chinese community located within the partnership boundaries; orange and red being traditionally considered as very positive colours. We have subsequently produced a host of applications for Rope Walks including a website, marketing materials, advertising, signage and hoardings, stationery and merchandise.
"Their inspirational design and innovative ideas have greatly contributed to the emerging profile of the Partnership and the whole design team can be justly proud that they have played a major role in the branding of the Creative Quarter of Liverpool. They are consistently head and shoulders above some of the other local agencies in terms of reliability, professionalism and current design thinking".
