Parkgate Financial Solutions are an independent financial advisor and estate agent. Having been firmly established as a financial advisory service for several years, they recently decided to expand their estate agency side to accommodate the flourishing housing market.
Realising the need for consistency they asked Splinter to design an identity that would tie the estate agency and the financial advisory part of their company together and create a solid competitive brand for them. As they already have a prime location along one of Liverpool’s busiest roads, Splinters priority was to create a simple, effective and memorable logo that would stand apart from other agencies.
