Splinter has been successful in winning contracts with 3 public sector organisations:

• Oxforshire County Council – hundreds of agencies have been narrowed down to 12 to supply the Council with a wide range of design services.

• UKERNA – selected 5 agencies nationally to supply e-learning solutions to be delivered via the JANET network.

• 4 Councils in North Wales, led by Denbighshire County Council – have selected 14 agencies to provide design for public sector applications across North wales.
