"We were keen to tap into people’s motivation to make healthy lifestyle choices as part of their New Year’s resolutions. In doing so we didn’t want the communication to appear like a conventional ‘health’ publication. It was important not to preach and to make it look relatively easy to make healthy choices regarding quitting smoking and exercising. Splinter’s approach really captured the tone of voice we were after and made it a fun way to convey some very serious health messages."
